With the support of Exiora Law Firm, as well as a number of other law firms and bar associations, the next volume of the Series of comments on civil law #Gloss was published: “Change of Persons in an Obligation and Liability for Violation of an Obligation: Commentary on Articles 330-333, 380-381, 382-406.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation”.

This book is intended to be a guide for legal practitioners, judges, scholars and students who are interested in civil law. The authors give detailed explanations of such concepts as cession, subrogation, transfer of debt, transfer of a contract, recovery of damages, forfeit, and so on, and also highlight the controversial issues of interpretation, application of the provisions enshrined in these articles and examples from judicial practice.

You can get a new book, and with it a whole store of knowledge, for free – the electronic version is available for download on the M-Logos website. There is also a hardcover edition. It can be found on the website of the publishing house “Statut”.
