Professional Experience
More than 10 years experience in litigating disputes and dealing with bankruptcies.
  1. -Representing a German engineering holding company (a leader in production of processing equipment for powder handling) in a dispute related to government contract termination (a tender contract) and preventing the latter from paying 7 bln rubles in damages;
  2. -Representing a German engineering holding company (a flagman in production of processing equipment for powder handling) in related disputes (supplies, services) to prevent the latter from paying 2 bln rubles in damages;
  3. -Acting for a major German business in a dispute heard by the International Commercial Arbitration Court with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation on debt collection under a works and services contract amounting to 400 mln rubles;
  4. -Recovering from a French equipment manufacturer in favor of a major Russian holding company specializing in extraction and bottling of mineral waters located in the Northern Caucasus of the amount of an unjustifiably retained advance payment totaling 650 thous euros (a partial compensation of losses suffered due to termination of a supply contract) as a result of a dispute heard by the International Commercial Arbitration Court with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, in English, with the Swiss laws applied;
  5. -Representing the interests of a Russian property development business in the International Commercial Arbitration Court with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation when considering several related disputes within the framework of Russian and German law concerning proper performance of obligations under an investment contract for construction in Russia of a manufacturing facility and logistics center for a leading Russian manufacturer and supplier of innovative medical and hygiene products (Germany). Mutual claims approximated 5 mln euros;
  6. -Acting for a Russian investor when mediating a dispute under English law regarding implementation in cooperation with an international restaurant holding of a project on joint opening of a restaurant complex, its management and procedure for withdrawal by investors from the project in the event they fail to produce the agreed financial results;
  7. -Protecting the interests of a federal media company by challenging the results of a tender staged by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia for the right to publish legally relevant information (communications);
