The fourth edition of the review of the legal positions of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on private law issues has been released. Alexei Moroz, managing partner of AB Exiora, again became one of the authors of the publication.

This time, the book collected a number of the most interesting, according to the authors, legal positions for the period from September 2019 to August 2020.
