Yuri Sbitnev, partner of Exiora Law Firm, became a co-author of a review of the legal positions of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on private law issues for 2020-2021.

The new edition number five collected the most interesting, from the point of view of the compilers, legal positions of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on private law issues for the period from September 2020 to August 2021. One of the authors of the review was a partner of AB “ Exiora” Yuri Sbitnev.

His work on compiling thematic reviews with other authors was previously published in the monthly issues of the Digest of Russian and Foreign Private Law News, which are prepared and published in the public domain by the Law Institute “M-Logos”, as well as in the journal “Bulletin of Economic Justice of the Russian Federation”.
