This year, M-Logos released the third review of the legal positions of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on private law. The publication includes the most important and interesting, according to the compilers, judicial acts issued in the period from September 2018 to August 2019.

Once again, Aleksey Moroz, Managing Partner of the Exiora Law Office, took part in compiling the thematic reviews. Previously, some judicial acts have already been published in the monthly News Digests of Russian and Foreign Private Law, which are published by the M-Logos Law Institute and the Journal of Economic Justice of the Russian Federation.
