Exiora’s lawyers defended the interests of the international oilfield service company ERIELL in the case of challenging the transaction

As part of the bankruptcy case of the debtor “YAMAL PETROSERVICE” (case № А40-281876/18), Exiora’s lawyers managed to defend in court the interests of their principal – Eriell Neftegazservis Ltd. Competent work of specialists made it possible to prevent the establishment of negative facts in relation to the company and the subsequent recovery from it of funds that were previously transferred to the companies YaPS Ltd. and GTI CONTROL Ltd. under an agreement on the assignment of the right to claim.
