With the support of the Exiora Law Firm, a new volume from the #Glossa series on rent was published
The tenth anniversary volume of the #Gloss series “Rent: Commentary on Articles 606–625 and 650–655 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation” was released. This book was prepared and published jointly by the publishing houses “M-Logos” and “Statut” with the support of the Exiora law office, as well as a number of other law firms and legal entities.
The commentary is intended to help legal practitioners, judges, scientists and students interested in civil law to navigate the problematic issues of application contained in Chapter. 34 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation of general provisions on leasing, as well as provisions on leasing buildings or structures.
The team of authors tried to highlight the maximum number of complex and ambiguous issues of interpretation and application of the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation enshrined in these articles, to reflect, if possible, all the accumulated practice of their application by higher courts and, in some cases, to offer optimal ways to solve the identified problems and conflicts.
The book is traditionally published in hardcover and is also freely available in electronic format.
