The team of the Law Firm «Exiora» canceled judicial acts in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation

The lawyers of the Law Firm «Exiora» defended the interests of the plaintiff in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation – our team managed to prove the validity of the arguments of the cassation complaint in the civil case on invalidating the orders, reinstatement, recovery of earnings for the time of forced absenteeism and compensation for non-pecuniary damage.

A cassation appeal was filed against the decision of the court of first instance and the appellate ruling of the Moscow City Court, which rejected the claim. Thanks to the professionally conducted defense, the lawyers of  Law Firm «Exiora» achieved the cancellation of the adopted judicial acts.

According to the ruling of the Supreme Court of August 5, 2019, all contested acts were declared illegal and canceled due to the presence of significant violations of substantive and procedural law. As a result, the case was sent for a new trial to the court of first instance to resolve the dispute on the merits, taking into account the instructions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
