As part of the bankruptcy of the defense enterprise of JSC Pribor-Control (case № A41-52201/2018), lawyers of the Exiora Law Firm revealed the fact that the former CEO caused losses by concluding deliberately unprofitable transactions aimed at withdrawing property, increasing wage arrears, non-transfer of documentation to the bankruptcy trustee, as well as other unfair actions.

The team of the Exiora Law Firm has filed a statement on bringing the persons controlling the debtor to subsidiary liability in connection with the clearly unfair actions of the general director.

On March 27, 2024, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region determined to hold the former CEO vicariously liable for the obligations of Pribor-Control JSC. The proceedings to determine its size have been suspended until the formation of the bankruptcy estate and settlements with creditors.
