Alexey Moroz took part in the preparation of a review of the legal positions of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on private law issues for 2017-2018.

The second issue of the review of the legal positions of the Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on private law issues was prepared with the active work of Alexei Moroz, Managing Partner of Exiora, as well as a number of other authors. In general, the book has become a kind of collection of the most important and relevant legal positions for the period from April 2017 to August 2018.
