As a result of the court proceedings in the framework of the bankruptcy case of Stroyinnovatsiya LLC (№ A41-36167/2017), the team of the Exiora Law Office managed to protect its Principal from the claims of the bankruptcy trustee for the recovery of damages in the amount of more than 137 million rubles.

The principal was the head of Stroyinnovatsiya LLC from 02/06/2017 to 01/11/2018, namely the moment the organization was declared bankrupt by the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region.

The lawyers of Exiora Law Office managed to prove that the arguments given by the bankruptcy trustee regarding the presence of damages are unfounded, there is no legal evidence of the Principal’s guilt, the amount of damages is doubled, and there is also a lapse in the limitation period for filing a claim for recovery of damages .
