Eight persons were released from subsidiary liability based on the results of the work of the lawyers of “Exiora”

Another trial in the framework of the bankruptcy case of a construction company ended with a resounding victory. The lawyers of “Exiora” managed to prove the absence of corpus delicti and exempt from subsidiary liability a number of persons controlling the debtor in case No. A40-15463/2018 on the bankruptcy of Cascade Construction LLC, as well as bring to justice the only guilty persons involved in the bankruptcy of the company.

Having resorted to weighty arguments, the team of the law office succeeded in bringing the ex-general director of the Debtor, as well as the liquidator, to subsidiary liability for the obligations of the debtor. The rest of the defendants, participants of the debtor and other persons, were released from liability.

The ruling of the Moscow Arbitration Court dated September 18, 2020 entered into force and was not appealed by the parties to the case.
