Exiora Law Firm supported the competition of scientific works on private law “Condicio iuris” 2021-2022
At the end of May 2022, the results of the IV competition of scientific works on private law “Condicio iuris” 2021-2022, held by the editors of the journal “Bulletin of Economic Justice of the Russian Federation” and the Law Institute “M-Logos”, were summed up. And for the fourth year in a row, this important legal competition has been supported by the Exiora Law Firm, as well as a number of other sponsors, thanks to which the premium fund is being formed.
The competition of scientific works “Condicio iuris” provides an excellent opportunity for young and experienced civil researchers to convey the results of their work to a wide range of readers. The three previous competitions (from 2019 to 2021) have already been successful and transformed into productive conferences, many wonderful scientific articles that have been published both in the Economic Justice Bulletin and in other journals.
This year, 66 articles on private law from researchers from different parts of Russia were submitted to the competition. The shortlist includes 12 of the most talented works, the authors of which will receive an award for their efforts. We heartily congratulate the winners and prize-winners!
